The Miss Lassen County contestants are getting ready for their big pageant this evening at the 2026 Lassen County Fair! The annual scholarship pageant, held in the grandstands, starts with a fun pre-show at 7:00, the scholarship competition begins at 8:00 and you can click here to buy your tickets online. This is the first time in thirty years that the pageant has opened the fair on Tuesday night instead of Wednesday.
Miss Lassen 2025 Kaylee Micone and her court, Londyn Smith and Dalila Heard, are hosting a pre-show at 7:00 featuring many talented young performers from the community, including a band, dancers, singers and a guitarist or two.
A few weeks ago, the contestants were treated to a professional photo shoot from Tressa Guess of Thunder Mt. Photography. They got all glammed up and struck a pose at the historic Sierra Theatre, home to the Susanville Performing Arts Center. The photoshoot was by Tressa Guess and Thunder Mountain Photography.
“Broadway Bound” is the theme for this year’s pageant, and there are eight young ladies vying for the title of Miss Lassen County. Let’s meet them all!
