Do you need help paying for child care? If you are working, going to school or in a training program you may qualify for child care payment assistance through Lassen Child and Family Resources.
Use the following guidelines to see if you may qualify:
If there are 1 or 2 people in your family and the family monthly income is less than $4,173 you may qualify.
If there are 3 people in your family and the family monthly income is less than $4,502 you may qualify.
If there are 4 people in your family and the family monthly income is less than $5,256 you may qualify.
If there are 5 people in your family and the family monthly income is less than $6,098 you may qualify.
If there are 6 people in your family and the family monthly income is less than $6,939 you may qualify.
There is room in the Alternative Payment Child Care programs and at the Westwood State Preschool according to Lassen Office of Education Associate Superintendent Patti Thurman. Both of these programs could provide parents with child care payment support.
