Fans of Susanville’s Farmers Market rejoice! The Local Area Revitalization Project Co-op has officially confirmed the return of its popular Farmers Markets this summer. The 2026 season brings a significant change of scenery and an expanded schedule that promises more opportunities than ever to shop local.
A New Home for the Uptown Market
For the last decade, the Saturday morning markets have been a staple of Pancera Plaza, ever since the markets moved there from the Historic Railroad Depot. However, this season marks the end of an era as the Uptown Susanville market will move to a new primary location across Main Street.
Thanks to a partnership with the Lassen Municipal Utility District, the market will now be held in the parking lot at the corner of Main and Gay Streets (the old Bank of America lot). These markets will run from 8:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. on select Saturdays throughout the summer.

Expanded Market Offerings
The 2026 schedule is packed with variety, spanning across Susanville and Janesville:
Uptown Morning Market: Eleven Saturdays throughout the summer (8:00a.m. until 12:00p.m.) at the corner of Main and Gay St.
Education Farm Harvest Market: Thursdays (4:00p.m. to 7:00p.m.) at the LARP Co-Op Thompson Peak Education Farm in Janesville, located at 420 S. Church St.
Wednesday Night Markets: A rotating mid-week treat from 5:00 to 8:00p.m. Locations will include Thompson Peak Lavender (July 1st) and the Lassen Ale Works Boardroom (September 2nd), with an additional August location yet to be announced.
Law Boardroom Market: Special morning markets (8:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.) held later in the season at 702-000 Johnstonville Road.
Supporting the Community
LARP representatives expressed deep gratitude to the hosting partners making this expanded season possible. In addition to the main markets, the co-op teased “pop-up” markets at Lassen Ale Works toward the end of summer when local produce is at its peak.
The season also features several community tie-ins, including the Classic Car Show & Shine on June 27th, and the Lassen County Grown Harvest Hootenanny on October 3rd.
