Superior Court Judge Michelle Verderosa will preside over ceremonies swearing-in newly elected county officials on January 5th at the Historic Courthouse on South Lassen Street in Susanville according to County Clerk-Recorder Julie Bustamante.
The ceremony will begin at 12:00 noon in the upstairs courtroom.
County officers being sworn-in are; Supervisor, District 3, Jeff Hemphill; Supervisor, District 5, Tom Hammond; Assessor Daniel Schlueter; Auditor Diana Wemple; Clerk-Recorder Julie Bustamante; District Attorney Stacey Montgomery; Sheriff Dean Growdon; Superintendent of Schools Patricia Gunderson and Treasurer-Tax Collector Nancy Cardenas.
