Looking for a big heaping, helping of holiday cheer? There are still two weekends left before Christmas and at the Lassen County Fairgrounds’ annual Festival of Lights, visitors still have a chance to ooh and ah at fantastic Christmas displays from their vehicles.
For sixteen years now the brilliant display of lights at the fairgrounds has been created by some dedicated individuals, local groups and organizations for people to drive through and enjoy. The amazing wonderland magically appears at the fairgrounds each year just in time for the holidays, with displays that are expected to be bigger, brighter and more awe-inspiring than the year before.
Vehicles enter the Jensen Hall entrance, driving through a variety of outdoor displays as they pass through the fairgrounds.
The Fair also features a display of community decorated Christmas trees at the marquee on Main Street. The beautiful trees decorate the entrance of town, welcoming travelers throughout the holiday season.
Gates at the Festival of Lights will be open from 5:00 to 9:00p.m. on the following dates:
December 12th, 13th and 14th.
December 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th
