Luke Sheehy passed away unexpectedly on June 10th, 2013 at 28 years of age.
Sheehy, a firefighter and member of the California Smokejumpers, was struck by a falling portion of a tree while operating on the Saddle Back Fire in the Modoc National Forest.
Luke Sheehy is the son of Doug and Lynn Sheehy, brother of Kate and Meg.
A memorial for Luke Sheehy will be held at the Walker Mansion in Westwood on Saturday June 22nd, 2013 at 1:00p.m.
A second memorial is planned for the Redding Civic Center at 1:00p.m. on Sunday, June 23rd in Redding.
