The 15th Annual Susanville Bluegrass Festival is set to bring the best in bluegrass music to the Lassen County Fairgrounds at the end of this month and organizers have officially released the complete three-day schedule of bands and events for the highly anticipated festival.
Taking place from Friday, June 26th through Sunday, June 28th, this year’s iteration is shaping up to be an unforgettable weekend of picking, grinning and community fun.
Music Camp and Festival Activities
The festivities actually kick off a few days early with the popular Music Camp, held from June 23rd through June 25th. This camp offers a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your skills with guitar, banjo, mandolin, bass, and vocal classes taught by some of the best instructors in the bluegrass world.
If you are looking to get creative, the Quilt Room, sponsored by the Country Pines Quilt Shop, will be back. Attendees are encouraged to bring their sewing machines to work on their latest projects while enjoying the festival music, which will be broadcast directly into the room.
