A Westwood man is being held in the Lassen County Jail, with bail set at one million dollars, after being charged with two counts of sexually abusing a minor under the age of fourteen.
According to details released Wednesday morning by the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office, detectives had sought an arrest warrant for a man they identified as 34-year old Robert Cox, after conducting a lengthy investigation, involving coordination with multiple jurisdictions.
On February 4th, detectives arrested Cox on two counts of violating 288.5(a) P.C., the continuous sexual abuse of a minor under 14-years of age.
