Philip and Amy Shepherd are proud to announce the arrival of babies Seth Tyler Shepherd and Nora Eden Shepherd born October 15, 2013 at 9:16 and 9:17 a.m. Seth weighed 3 lbs 15 oz and was 15.75 inches long. Nora weighed 4 lbs 6 oz and was 16.25 inches long.
