Lassen Land and Trails Trust held their annual Rails to Trails Festival Saturday, in conjunction with the Bizz Johnson Marathon, giving local folks and out-of-towners a taste of an event that has become an annual tradition in Susanville.
The festival was held at the historic railroad depot on Richmond Road and featured handcar races, arts and crafts, produce from the some great local vendors, food and lots of rail-related fun. Visitors even got a chance to meet a pair of camels!
