Friends, family and fans of the Lassen High Grizzlies showed up at the school’s parking lot Friday to give a rousing send-off to the Lassen Varsity football squad, who were headed for the NSCIF Northern Section Playoffs – where they beat Pierce High School Friday night by a score of 41-21.
The send-off rally was hosted by the Lassen Associated Student Body and the Football Boosters.
