The Susanville Symphony kicked off its 22nd season on September 27th, with the always-awesome outdoor Concert on the Green at the historic courthouse on Lassen Street! The first concert of the season is usually one of the most unique outdoor performances you will ever experience, and this year’s iteration was no exception.
The concert, dubbed ‘Rockin’ in the Mountains,’ featured special guest artist Ben Katzman, along with several of the Symphony’s local standout musicians including Derrick Noah, Kayla Millar, Craig Harris, Heather Blevins and J.R. Johnston.
Local singers Phil Fetterman and Whitley Perkins contributed some fantastic vocals.
