
The 350-acre burn will be ignited 5 miles southeast of Payne’s Creek and smoke will be visible from Highway 36, as well as the Sacramento River Valley.
Any significant smoke production should subside within 48 hours of ignition.
If you are travelling through the area the Forest Service asks that you please obey posted signs adjacent to the prescribed fire area.
