A single family residence on Big Sky Boulevard was completely destroyed and two residents transported to Banner Lassen with minor injuries as the result of a Monday afternoon fire.
According to Lassen OES Chief Eric Ewing the cause of the blaze is unknown and under investigation.
Agencies responding to the incident included volunteers from several districts and Susanville City Fire, Susan River Fire, Janesville, Cal-Fire, Lassen County Sheriff’s Department, LMUD and the Lassen Office of Emergency Services.
