The Susanville City Fire Department, along with multiple agencies, have responded to a residential structure fire in the 400 block of Russell Avenue.
The fire was reported as a flue fire shortly after 6:30p.m.
Russell Avenue from the fairgrounds to Bunyan is closed to traffic to allow firefighters and their apparatus access to the scene.
