Richard Vela and Evelyn Harrell are proud to announce the arrival of babies David Reyes and John Reyes Vela born November 10, 2013. David was born at 11:48 p.m. and weighed 5 lbs 6 oz and was 18.5 inches long. John was born at 11:49 p.m. and weighed 5 lbs 11 oz and was 20 inches long.
