Robin (Pardee) Hamilton

Robin (Pardee) Hamilton at the age of 67 went through to our Lord God’s Heavenly gates on Dec. 27th 2021.

Robin is survived by her only sister Jamie (Pardee) Calvert and nephews Jason Calvert and Jarred Calvert, also Jarred’s wife Brandi and their two children Wyatt and Samantha, residing at Ft. Bliss Tx. while Jarred is currently deployed.

Robin was born on February 19, 1954, to James (Jim) and Donna Pardee, both lifelong residents of Susanville. She attended Susanville’s elementary schools, and was a graduate of Lassen High School graduating in the class of 1971. She was very fortunate to have many friends during those years who kept in touch with her throughout their adult years.

Robin was predeceased in death by her parent James (Jim ) and Donna Pardee, Nephew Cooper T James Calvert and her grandparents James Augustus (Gus) and Blanch( Spaulding) Pardee, and Robert (Bob) and Ann (Fountain) Williams.

Robin loved to go to Eagle Lake with her parents over the years, and kept their summer life at the cabin going even after their passing. She loved Eagle Lake and the Great times had by all while they were there.

Robin’s career as a Pharmacy Tech. began while working at Warrens Lassen Pharmacy in upper Main/Lassen St. She worked for Warrens untell they decided to retire, and closed. She then went to Torrey Drug store just across Main St. and worked for them untell they decided to retire also. She found a new home for her occupation at Dixon Drug Store in the lower end of town by the old Safeway store this lasted tell they retired and she worked for Payless/ Rite Aid for a short time, then seeking a position at the Rancheria Pharmacy until she, herself retired.

Robin loved Eagle Lake and her home out there; this is where she spent her summers enjoying the Lake and all the people who lived out there. The Dieter family resided on one side of her home and the Ken Achurra family from Reno, on the other side. They all became Great friends and enjoyed many Great times together. She had so many other close friends who lived out there also. Robin kept close contact with many of her classmates over the years and will be remembered with fond memories by all.

There will be a Memorial Service held for her later in the spring.
