The Soaring Eagle Blue Star Moms, along with friends and volunteers from the community, spent Saturday morning adding a new group of honorees to the banners hanging along Susanville’s Main Street.
This is the 14th group of banners to be hung, with the help of Lassen Municipal Utility District, bringing the total number of honorees to 192.
