The Witness, a Soroptimist sponsored documentary film on human-trafficking in Central America, will be featured in a special one-night showing at the Sierra Theatre on March 28th.
The movie chronicles documentarian Molly Barber’s trip to Nicaragua and was funded by our local Soroptimist chapter and two Sacramento chapters.
The result, according to the Soroptimists, is an educational, touching documentary about how faith and hope can over come even the worst circumstances.
The movie begins at 10:00a.m., and is one hour and fifteen minutes long. Admission is free.
