Summer Program Offering Two-Meals a Day for any Child 1 to 18

This summer the Susanville School District will be offering two free meals a day to any child between the ages of 1 and 18.

There are three locations to pick up the meals:

At Diamond View School you can pick up breakfast from 9:00 to 9:25a.m. and lunch from 12:25 to 12:50p.m.

At McKinley School breakfast is available from 9:35 until 10:00a.m. and lunch is ready for pickup between 1:00 and 1:25p.m.

Breakfast at Meadow View can be picked up between 9:00 and 9:25a.m. and lunch is from 12:30 to 12:55p.m.

Based on USDA meal requirements the child must be present to receive meals. This means that parents will not be able to pick up meals without their children present.

The program will run until July 21st, 2023. There will be no service June 19th and July 4th.
