The Susanville Elk’s Lodge has announced that it will be offering two scholarships to graduating high school and charter school students in our community this year.
According to Elk’s chairman Penny Artz, two $500 scholarships will be awarded to graduating seniors who are planning to attend an accredited vocational school, college or university.
Students interested in applying for these awards can contact the counseling office at Lassen High School.
The applications must be received and turned into the Lassen High School counseling office no later than Monday, April 8th, 2019.
Scholarship recipients are named each spring at awards night.
The Susanville Elk’s Lodge is a volunteer charitable organization that invests in the future by awarding scholarships to build a better future for our youth.
