Emergency personnel from the Susanville City Fire Department, Susan River Fire District and other local agencies responded this afternoon to a report of ‘the smell of burning plastic from the attic’ in the Lassen Surgery Center.
Fire crews responded to 103 Fair Drive about noon, shutting down the street to traffic, while firefighters investigated the smell.
