Susanville Gets Ready for 1926
November 29, 1926

The Thomas Tucker Post No. 204 of the American Legion at Susanville has begun the 1926 convention plans. At a meeting last week the preliminary organizations has been completed.

Committee men have been appointed to handle the 2,000 delegates to the state convention to be held during August of 1926 here in Susanville.

The building committee has preliminary plans for the new memorial building which is to seat over 1,200 people. The plans call for the completion of this building before the convention.
