A Susanville man was arrested Friday after the Susanville Police Department executed a search warrant on a North Lassen Street residence where information had led them to suspect a butane Honey Oil laboratory was in operation.
According to details released by the department Saturday morning a search of the home revealed that a man identified as Jason Tyler Dann was in possession of two loaded firearms, butane Honey Oil manufacturing equipment, sales paraphernalia, approximately 29 grams Psilocybin mushrooms, approximately 847 grams of raw marijuana and around 176 grams Butane Honey Oil (finished product).
Dann was arrested on multiple charges including; Manufacturing a Controlled Substance; Possession of Controlled Substances while in possession of a Loaded Firearm; Possession of Controlled Substance (Psilocybin mushrooms); Possession of Concentrated Cannabis; Possession of Marijuana for Sale and Elder Abuse.
Dann was booked into the Lassen County Jail and is being held on $52,500 bail.
