On November 14th, William Davidson Veterans of Foreign Wars post 2381 recognized two local scholarship winners in a brief ceremony downstairs at the Veterans Memorial Hall.
The Voice of Democracy Scholarship winner was Delilah Delgado from Lassen High School and the Patriot’s Pen Scholarship was awarded to Johnstonville Elementary School student Julia Williamson.
