Teen Challenge is a faith based program helping persons with life controlling issues. So far the Susanville office has helped 10 people get into programs in the Sacramento area. The programs are free to the student, but costs up to $20,000 per person to complete the approximately one-year program.
In order to help raise funds Teen Challenge will be holding a fundraising rummage sale on April 30th, from 8:00 – 2:00pm at the Lassen High School parking lot with all proceeds going to help fund students.
Persons wishing to donate items for the sale may call the Teen Challenge hotline at 530-251-5222 and leave a message. Calls will be returned within a day and arrangements can be made for obtaining your donation.
