Looking for a big heaping, helping of holiday cheer? Tonight, Christmas Eve and Christmas night at the Lassen County Fairgrounds you can check out the annual Festival of Lights, with fantastic Christmas displays to ooh and ahh at from the comfort of your car!
For fifteen years now the brilliant display of lights at the fairgrounds has been created by some dedicated individuals, local groups and organizations for people to drive through and enjoy. The amazing wonderland magically appears at the fairgrounds each year just in time for the holidays, with displays that are expected to be bigger, brighter and more awe-inspiring than the year before.
Vehicles enter the Jensen Hall entrance, driving through a variety of outdoor displays as they pass through the fairgrounds.
The Fair also features a display of community decorated Christmas trees at the marquee on Main Street. The beautiful trees decorate the entrance of town, welcoming travelers throughout the holiday season.
Gates at the Festival of Lights will be open December 23rd, from 5:00 to 9:00, Christmas Eve from 5:00 to 10:00 and Christmas night from 5:00 until 9:00.
