Come one come all to the Lassen County Fair!
Today is a special day just for kiddies where kids under 12 Get in for Free from noon until 6 pm. Free kids activities with an agricultural focus are provided by volunteers such as Lassen County Cattlewomen, Farm Bureau and many more.
At 8:00 am judging will begin in the Pardner Pavilion for swine and in the north arena classes for the horse halter show will start.
At noon exhibits will be opening and parents can head over to the Lassen transfer and storage stage with their kiddies to join in free activities. You can also entertain you children with the side shows such as Snuffy the Magic Clown, Circus Imagination, Skip the Balloon Man and many more.
Lad and Lassie Lead for ages 9-19 begins at 3;00 pm followed by the pygmy goat judging in the Pardner Pavilion at 4pm.
This Evening at the Lassen Transfer and Storage Stage you can join AudioBoxx at their Rock and Roll Show with songs from Poison, Def Leppard, Santana, Journey, and so much more. And to top off the evening at 7:30 pm join the town in the Grandstands for the JDX Country Showdown where local contestants compete at a shot at becoming the next biggest star.
