LASSEN MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OUTAGE UPDATE
Power was interrupted this morning to LMUD customers along Richmond Road south of Susanville, after a 6:18a.m. traffic accident knocked out a power pole on Richmond Road near Josie Way.
Crews working on the pole are expected by the utility to be finished, and power restored, by 10:30a.m. this morning.
The unrelated switching procedure back onto the Caribou line, which caused a planned system-wide outage, was completed by crews during the night.
We’ll have more information as we get it from the utility.
