We took our cameras to Susanville’s two big craft fairs this evening to give you a peek at some of the neat and unique gift ideas at each event. Both shows will continue tomorrow and there are some amazing things you can find just browsing through the craft treasures.
Fairgrounds Craft Fair Tonight till 8:00p.m. – Saturday 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
The Lassen County Fair’s annual Holiday Craft Fair is a huge two day event featuring everything from hand-crafted wooden toys to homemade maple syrup and steam punk jewelry. It is the perfect place to shop for that hard-to-buy-for person on your Christmas shopping list.
Crafters fill up several buildings on the fairgrounds; Jensen Hall and the Commercial, Floral, Industrial buildings are stuffed with great gift ideas.
The show will be open until 8:00 this evening and on Saturday doors will be open from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
Old Fashion Country Christmas Crafts Faire
Tonight and tomorrow the Soaring Eagle Blue Star Moms Old Fashioned Country Christmas Craft Faire will be held at the Veteran’s Hall 1205 Main St. The funds from the booth space will go to the Blue Star Moms to assist them with their activities on behalf of our military.
There will be ornaments, wood, glass, ceramics, needlepoint, jewelry and a host of other unique gifts to buy. On Saturday Lia Knight from KSUE will broadcasting live Saturday 10:00a.m. till 3:00.
The show closes this evening at 8:00 and is open again tomorrow from 10:00 – 3:00p.m.
