LMUD Planned Outage – August 6th – Janesville, Standish, Litchfield and Wendel
LMUD is alerting Standish, Janesville, Litchfield and Wendel area customers that they should expect to be without power today, August 6th, for 2 to 3 hours beginning approximately 7am to 8am.
There’s been a slight change of plans on today’s planned outage. According to LMUD Energy Services Manager Theresa Phillips today’s outage, originally scheduled for up to 8 hours, will only last 2 to 3 hours (beginning at the same time between 7:00 and 8:00a.m. this morning.)
Another short outage will finish the job on Thursday morning or if possible, during the night sometime later in the week when it will lessen the impact.
“The bottom line,” said Phillips, “is today’s outage will be much shorter than originally anticipated.”
