More than 80 staff members at Banner Lassen Medical Center star in their own ‘Pink Glove Dance’ video to help spread the word about breast cancer awareness and prevention.

This is the second annual competition sponsored by Medline Industries. The top three video vote-getters receive a donation in their name to the breast cancer charity of their choice; Banner Lassen Medical Center has chosen Susanville Relay for Life. The winners will be announced November 2nd, on www.pinkglovedance.com and here on SusanvilleStuff.com.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, the hospital is also hosting “Manicures, Massages, and Mammograms” each Friday in October. Women who schedule for screening mammograms on these days will be treated with free massages and manicures provided by local professionals.
Appointments will be scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 5, 12, 19 and 26. For more information call 252-2000.
