Westwood Celebrates Christmas in the Mountains December 1st

Come see how residents of Westwood celebrate Christmas in the Mountains on December 1st, as the town lights up the community Christmas tree and stages a spectacular parade of lights featuring Santa Claus!

Come rain, shine or snow storm, everyone is invited to the community center at 6:00p.m. to watch the lighting of the tree followed by a light parade celebrating the arrival of Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus, after which Santa wants to meet all the children of Westwood.

There will be festivites to watch, participate in, or buy, to keep you entertained. Chamber officials are looking for entrants to the light parade and vendors wanting to sell their goods.

Contact 256-2456 or [email protected] for more information, or stop by the Visitor Center, at the corner of Ash and Third Street in Westwood, on Friday and Saturday from 9:00p.m. until 2:00a.m.
