2:39p.m. ROAD CLOSURE According to Lassen OES Chief Eric Ewing forward progress of the fire has been stopped. Riverside Drive is CLOSED between River Street and Limoneria Street.

2:31p.m. – Radio traffic indicates the fire is 60×40 feet and burning in brush and grass. Agencies responding include; Susanville City, Cal-Fire, Susan River Fire District, Lassen OES, Lassen County Sheriff’s Office and Susanville City Police.

2:25p.m. – Fire fighters are responding to a reported vegetation fire burning near Riverside Park and Riverside Drive in Susanville.
