William Michael Engman passed away on 11/19/2022 in Reno, NV at the age of 63. He was born in Reno, NV, but spent nearly his whole life in the Susanville area.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years Stacy Engman. His daughters: Sara Schortz (Matt), Savannah Carpenter (John) and Taylor Blakely (Will). His mother Terry Nelson. His sisters: Michelle Nunez, Heidi Mahnke and Lisa Nelson. His grandchildren Tannin Schortz, Michael Cox, Guinevere Cox and Amelia Carpenter.
Mike was an amazing husband, father, son, grandfather and brother. He was a big man with a gentle, loving, patient and kind heart. He was loved by all who knew him. One of his greatest passions was owning his own business and operating heavy equipment. He valued all the friendships he made through the 40+ years in doing so.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. As he would tell his girls “ I love you, Sweetie!”
