The Lassen County Arts Council held a special edition of their popular Cork and Canvas workshops in Memorial Park during the 25th annual Main Cruise last Saturday.
Talented artist Alex McElrath guided the budding painters through the creation of a nifty car-themed piece of art. McElrath is one of several artists who are part of the Art’s Council summer art program. Two classes a week are being offered in various disciplines at only $10 a class.
