Lassen High School Baseball Player Joey Beck has been asked to join the USA – 17 and Under Baseball team to represent Susanville and Lassen County this summer. He will be traveling to Arizona in June, San Francisco in July and Azusa in August.
Participating in this honor has a price and to help raise money to send Joey on the road there will be an Indian Taco Sale on Wednesday, May 2nd, 2012 from 11:00a.m. – 7:00p.m. at The Natural Resource Center located at 735 Joaquin Street.
Tickets are $5.00 and are available at the door, or in advance at the T&A, A Cut Above Salon and the Lassen County Chamber of Commerce. This is an incredible opportunity for some big time schools and major league scouts to see our own Joey Beck.
