Here is a creative way to market your business while helping to support Susanville’s city-owned Diamond Mountain Golf Course. The city is currently offering sponsorship opportunities for pin sponsorships that will rotate through each hole at the 18-hole course.
For $175 your logo will be placed onto a flag, with the flagpole at a pin on the course. Every week, your flagpole will be rotated to another pin. Your flagpole will remain until the closure of the golf course, anytime between September and November.
“Currently, we are seeing incredible numbers of people coming to the golf course,” explains interim City Administrator Kevin Jones. “There are an estimated 300 people on average per week since we opened.”
“The money that you purchase your flag with is money that stays at the golf course. The golf course budget is a restricted fund that cannot be utilized for any purpose, other than the golf course.”
