Fire Near SingleTree Lane

Crews from Susan River Fire District and Cal-Fire, with assistance from several other local agencies, responded to a vegetation fire on Richmond Road near Singletree Lane Saturday afternoon.

The fire, which burned around 15 acres, was ignited by a forklift that rolled off the embankment. Thanks to Ches and Blayne Mallery for the on-the-spot pictures.
