Lassen County Chamber of Commerce Weekly Update

The Lassen County Farm Bureau will present the annual “Blues and Brews Event” on Saturday, August 3, beginning at 5pm. Pre-sale tickets are now available for purchase at Every Bloomin’ Thing, the Pardner, or at the Chamber office. The evening will include a concert featuring Side FX and Blue Haven, BBQ, and micro-brew tasting. For more information contact Naomi at 257-7242.
The Chamber board is currently working on a membership drive. If you have been thinking about joining the chamber now is a great time to come on board. A new member special rate is being offered to all new business members. Contact the office staff at 257-4323 or any board member if you would like more information. The Lassen Historical Museum is looking for photos or business memorabilia that can be used for a special display in honor of the Chambers 125th Anniversary that will be celebrated in September. If you have anything that you would be willing to share for this special occasion contact Tony Jonas at 257-3292.
The LLTT 2013 Farmer’s Market season is in full swing held each Saturday, thru the month of September, beginning at 8am, at the Historic Susanville Railroad Depot. Call 257-3252 if you would like to participate or for more information.
