Artisan Coffee, located at 644-400 Church Street, Janesville (corner of Hwy. 395 and Church Street) will again team up with Pizza Factory and Steve’s Pumps to co-host the Thursday, September 11th , Chamber Mixer. Come join in a fun event, as they celebrate Janesville area businesses, which will be held from 5:30 to 7:30pm. The mixer will include food, live music, no–host bar and beverages and a variety of local artists’ works will be on display. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend everyone is welcomed.
The Chamber board will meet on Thursday, September 11 for the monthly board meeting, beginning at noon, at Diamond Mountain Casino in the Hotel Conference Room. The board encourages member attendance and comment; if you would like to address the board please contact the office staff prior to the board meeting so that you can be added to the agenda.
The Susanville Elk’s Lodge invites the community to come enjoy Monday Night Football and Taco Night, each Monday throughout the football season. The no-host bar opens at 5:30pm, tacos are served beginning at 6pm. Bring the whole family for tacos and a fun evening of watching football on the big screen at the lodge.
Lassen Humane Society will present the 4th Annual Purses for Pets Fundraiser that will be hosted by Every Bloomin’ Thing’s in conjunction with the annual “Tomato Festival”, on Saturday September 13th, from 2 to 5pm. Come enjoy Every Bloomin’ Thing’s tomato tasting and participate in the silent auction featuring a variety of purses ranging from bling to fabulous, a raffle for 2 cords of wood, and a room at the Diamond Mountain Casino & Hotel.
