Highway Patrol for Susanville
March 8th, 1946

Sgt. Fred H. McClellan will be in charge of the recently re-created Lassen patrol area, California Highway Patrol, officials announced.

Formerly stationed at Red Bluff, Calif., his headquarters will now be in Susanville.

This area will include all of Lassen County, except the upper portion of Big Valley township. Also included is Seneca township of Plumas County.
