Meadow View School ‘Angel Bin’ Clothing Drive Underway

meadowviewfabricdriveMeadow View Elementary’s Angel Bin Fabric and Clothing Collection fundraiser is underway and the school is collecting any clothing and household fabrics like bed spreads, sheets, towels and curtains.

This is a recycling program where all re-wearable clothing will be donated to needy families and unusable items are recycled and made into yarn. No fabric is turned away, just bring your donations in large trash bags to one of the drop off locations.

You can drop off donations at Meadow View during normal school hours and this Saturday, November 22nd, volunteers will have a ‘Drive-by Drop-off’ collection point in the Meadow View parking lot from 9:00a.m. to  noon.

You can also drop off donations at Skyline Self-Storage at 702-900 Johnstonville Road during business hours. Skyline storage has donated the use of two storage units to hold the fabric donated to the Angel Bin program.

For more information contact Ronda Hall at 260-0646.
