Caramel Apple Cream Pie

Fall is around the corner! I don’t know about you, but Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the crisp air, autumnal colors, and flavors of the season. Of course it wouldn’t be Fall without caramel apples.

Today I am sharing how to make a pie in 5 minutes, with items you probably already have in your pantry and refrigerator. It is inspired by a gourmet caramel apple, complete with a crunchy nut topping. It’s out of this world delicious!  If I had to choose from the traditional apple on a stick or this pie, it would be the pie, hands down winner every time.

This is an easy no-bake dessert, that your friends will think you fussed over.  Don’t worry, it will be our little secret just how easy it is.  May I have 5 minutes on the clock please?

5 Minute Caramel Apple Cream Pie
Makes 1 Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 store bought graham cracker pie crust
  • 6 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 vanilla pudding Snack Pack Big Cup (5.5 oz)
  • 1 can of apple pie filling
  • 1 small tub of Cool Whip
  • 1 cup of store bought sugared pecans, chopped
  • your favorite brand of store bought caramel ice cream syrup
  • ground cinnamon

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine your cream cheese and vanilla snack pack pudding. Spread evenly into the bottom of your pie crust. Top with apple pie filling. Then top with Cool Whip.

Finish pie by drizzling generously with caramel syrup, sprinkling with ground cinnamon, and topping with crumbled sugared pecans.

Serve cold, and store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.

Optional, drizzle more caramel syrup on your dessert plate, before serving.

-Enjoy!
