NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CDBG CV 2/3 EMERGENCY SERVICES PROJECT CLOSEOUT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF SUSANVILLE will conduct a Public Hearing at the regularly schedule City Council meeting on November 1, 2023 at 5:00 P.M., or shortly thereafter, in the City of Susanville Council Chambers located at 66 N. Lassen Street, Susanville, CA 96130. The purpose of this hearing is to review and approve the closeout of CDBG Coronavirus Grant 20-CDBG-CV2-3-00047, City of Susanville Emergency Services Grant and to solicit citizen input regarding the conclusion of grant activities completed under this contract.
The city of Susanville was awarded $180,800 to carry out the following projects: purchase two (2) decontamination suitcases and procure one (1) Type 6 Emergency Response Vehicle. Both projects have been procured.
Citizens will be given the opportunity to make their comments known and questions answered related to the grant listed above. If you are unable to attend the Public Hearing or if you require special accommodations to participate in the public hearing, you may direct written comments to the City Clerk’s Office, 66 N. Lassen St., Susanville, CA 96130 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. In addition, public information files for these projects may be reviewed by contacting Jolene Arredondo by email at [email protected] between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
