The Janesville Elementary Parent Teacher Organization held their big Dash ‘N’ Dye Family Fun 5K Color Run Fundraiser last Saturday at the park on Church Street in Janesville and despite the gloomy weather a good time was had by all!
The group’s inaugural Color Run event was designed to promote happiness, healthy choices and to provide continued support for education by bringing the community together.
Janesville PTO is a locally run Parent Teacher Organization and all funds that are raised by the group are used to benefit Janesville School, its students, faculty/staff and the school’s programs and facilities.
Good job Janesville PTO and we look forward to the event again next year!
