The Lassen County Board of Supervisors appointed Stacey Montgomery to fill the unexpired term for District Attorney Bob Burns in their Tuesday, June 10th, morning meeting.
Later that afternoon Montgomery was sworn-in by Clerk-Recorder Julie Bustamante at a brief ceremony in the historic Lassen County Courthouse.
