Three of our region’s most promising musicians were featured as finalists Thursday night in the annual Rotary Youth Music contest.
First place went to Molly Glucklich who performed a flute concerto by Mozart, accompanied by Dennis Roberts on piano.
Elise Giles took second for her piano performance and third went to Aidan Foos for his rendition of Rhapsody in Blue.
Judges for the event, which was held at Eagle Lake Village in Susanville, were Jon O’Sullivan, Tiffany Russel and Thomas Braun.
