Visitors to Lassen County’s Adult Detention Facility and Sheriff’s Office will no longer get confused about where to go when they enter the facility from Chestnut Street and Sheriff Cady Lane. The new sign, built this week by Sheriff Dean Growdon, replaces one put up when the jail was new.
The old signs, Growdon commented on Facebook, were there before the Sheriff’s Office was built and people were always confused.
