The Susanville Police Department has released the name and photo of a ‘Person of Interest’ connected to Sunday’s shooting incident near Burger King on Main Street in Susanville.
According to Police Chief Ryan Cochran, a Ramey Warrant has been issued for 36-year-old Susanville resident Patrick Joseph McIntire. A Ramey warrant is an arrest warrant issued by a judge before the prosecutor has filed formal charges.
The vehicle being driven by McIntire was located and processed for evidence, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
Investigators are continuing to make steady progress on the case and anyone with information on McIntire’s location is encouraged to contact the Susanville Police Department at 530-257-5605 or email Detective Warner at [email protected].
Chief Cochran warns citizens not to approach McIntire, as he is considered armed and dangerous.
